What is your Exchange/Return Policy?Updated a month ago

Sometimes, things just don’t work out. It happens! 

You can return any item with the exception of Final Sale items and Underwear (excluding Bras) within 30 days of the delivery. The item must be unused and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging. Only unopened Underwear and Bodysuits can be sent back for an exchange/return. 

Please note, all returns are inspected by our Warehouse Team and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. We ask you to please try on items while not wearing any make-up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be deemed non-returnable by our Warehouse team. 

For hygienic reasons, it is against the law to exchange or refund Underwear except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case our Community Happiness Team will help assist in sending a replacement to you free of charge. 

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned (subject to Australian Consumer Law), unless faulty. We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the category page, as well as on the product page. 

Please note we can only accept returns that have been purchased directly from boody.com.au, for any orders placed elsewhere or purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the retailer directly. If you paid postage on your original order, please note that this is non-refundable.
