I returned my item(s), how long does it take for my exchange/return to be processed?Updated 17 days ago

Domestic Exchanges and Returns 

Our process is automated and goes off the scans from the barcode on your return label provided by our Returns and Exchanges Portal as your parcel makes its way back to us. 

Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Portal will be processed.

If you have returned your order without submitting a request, please contact our Community Happiness Team. Kindly provide us with the below 

  • Tracking number
  • Address to which the return was sent
  • Details of the item(s) returned - quantity, style, colour, and size (ie. Padded Shaper Crop Bra - Black / M)
  • Details of the item(s) you wish to exchange for, or receive a refund/store credit

By sharing these details, we will ensure a prompt resolution for you. 

International Exchanges and Returns 

Your request will be processed once the parcel has been received by our team. You will receive an email to update you on this.
