I haven’t received my order confirmation, what should I do?Updated 19 days ago

Once you place an order, an order confirmation email is promptly sent to you. To find it in your inbox, please search for the subject line “Thank You. We are getting your order OLC____ ready”. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder as well, as sometimes the email may end up there. 

If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, it is possible that there was an error or typo in the email address provided at checkout. In such cases, please contact our Community Happiness Team, and we’ll assist you in locating the confirmation email. 

If you have an alternative email address that might have been used, please provide that information as well, as it would be greatly helpful. 

Heads up - when choosing an Express Checkout option, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal Express Checkout, your saved email, payment, and shipping details will be automatically filled in. Therefore, it is important that the email address associated with your account is accurate and up to date.
