How do I redeem Comfort Coins?Updated 18 days ago

To redeem your Comfort Coins, make sure you’re logged in to your account from the home page. From there, do your shopping as usual. 

Once at checkout, you will be greeted with a dropdown menu to select how many coins you wish to redeem on your order. 

Simply select the amount and click ‘Apply’ to redeem. It’s that easy! 
If on your mobile, click 'Show Order Summary' to reveal the dropdown menu 

If using Shop Pay (If your checkout screen doesn't look like the above, this means you have previously signed up for faster checkout with Shopify Pay)

If you are using Shop Pay as your payment method, you will need to use the coupon codes to redeem your coins at checkout. 

Head over to the Rewards Page here and select the coupon you wish to redeem, then copy and paste your unique code at checkout. One coupon/code can be redeemed per order.

Alternatively, you can also check out as a guest (from Shop Pay, not Boody - or opt out of the service here) to redeem your coins using the dropdown menu.
