How do I pay using a gift card and/or store credit?Updated a month ago

You may have received a Gift Card from a friend, or for a return, or a Store Credit as compensation for an order cancelation or return. 

To redeem your Gift Card or Store Credit, follow the below steps at checkout:

Locate the 'Discount code' field on the right-hand side of your screen

*If you are on mobile, click 'Show order summary' to expand to reveal the field.

Enter your unique Gift Card or Store Credit code and click “Apply” to redeem. The code must be entered at checkout prior to completing the payment.

If your Gift Card or Store Credit's balance is insufficient to cover the total purchase amount, you will be prompted to provide your card details (or select an alternative payment method) to complete the payment for the remaining balance.

If your Gift Card or Store Credit balance is more than your total purchase cost, you will be able to use the Gift Card/Store Credit again at checkout until the total balance is used.
