How do I exchange or return an item?Updated a month ago

To submit an exchange or return request, you will need your order number (this will start with OLC) and the postcode associated with your delivery address. You will need to enter your full order number including "OLC", ie: OLC123456.

Before proceeding with your request, we kindly ask you to review our Returns and Exchanges Policy here to verify you meet the criteria. 

If all is correct, we’ll kindly invite you to head over to our Returns and Exchanges Portal here, and follow the onscreen prompts.

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email, including a link to print your return label with Australia Post. If you do not have a printer, simply save the label on your mobile, and show the barcode at your local post office for them to print.

Once this has been returned back to us, your request will be processed - new order or refund - you'll receive an email to update you on this.
Please be aware that only exchanges and returns submitted through our Returns & Exchanges Portal will be processed.
