Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 18 days ago

While you’re browsing and shopping on our website, you have the flexibility to change your order by removing or updating items in your cart. 

However, please note that once your order is in our system, we strive for immediate dispatch to ensure you receive your new Boody as quickly as possible. 

As a result, we are unable to make changes or cancel orders once placed. Our warehouse operates with high efficiency, processing orders instantly. 

If your order is incorrect, fear not - we've got a backup plan! We are more than happy to facilitate an exchange or return on any product (except Final Sale items) so long as it's unopened and presented in its original, undamaged packaging.
